“Resolving problems that residents of BiH face daily is in the foundation of Millennium Development Goals. I believe that film artists we are supporting will especially motivate youth to be actively involved creation of the better environment and future for all, with full respect of the human rights and equality. Cultural creativity, music and art is something that unite us universally, no matter where we come from, no matter what color of our skin, no matter what ethnicity we belong to, because human ideas and human creativity is universal throughout the planet”, said Yuri Afanasiev, Resident Coordinator of UN to BiH.

“It is a pleasure to have partners with whose support we can work on development of regional cooperation and education of the young film makers who will have the opportunity to produce their first short movies within the Sarajevo City of Film”, said Mirsad Purivatra, Director of the Sarajevo Film Festival.
