Festival Circo al Sur

San Jose's La Libertad Metropolitan Park was packed with art, movement and joy during the August 2010 festival Circo al Sur. Kids and adults were entertained with free events, shows and workshops as part of the MDG-F Joint Program "Intercultural Policies for Inclusion and Generation of Opportunities".The Programme promotes the cultural and social inclusion of marginalized groups using La Libertad Park, a space for artistic, ecological and cultural projects, and serves some 15 disadvantaged districts in Costa Rica's largest built-up urban area, comprising 700,000 inhabitants.
