Supporting Palestinian Culture

The MDG-F works with UNESCO, which this week became the first UN agency to recognize the Palestinian state, to improve Palestinians' livelihoods and social cohesion by developing their rich cultural heritage. Projects are particularly focused on boosting women’s incomes in areas such as handicraft production and home hospitality for tourists. The programme also helps develop policies that safeguard Palestinian culture.
