Photo of the Week: Justice for youth in Guinea-Bissau

Physical violence against children in Guinea-Bissau is very high. At djumbais – traditional meetings – like this one, the MDG-F learns about children’s rights violations and juvenile justice issues as part of its effort to improve the judicial system and access to justice. The MDG-F is working to improve Guinea-Bissau’s judicial system and increase access to justice for the most vulnerable groups, including women.
